DELIVERY, RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed with WITZMART. The utmost care and attention is given to your order to ensure a timely and perfect delivery. For Orders that include or consist of highly perishable products, if you’re not satisfied with the item, you may forward a concern or complaint to us. We are ready to listen to you and resolve the issue as quick as possible. Our customer service staff are trained to respond to concerns or complaints and can decide on an appropriate and immediate course of action for you with minimal hassle.

Labandi.com takes strict measures to ensure all products are of the highest quality and adheres to maximum standards, from the time of procurement, up until the time of dispatch and delivery. Due to this, we have a No Return policy on our products. Any disputes that may arise can be forwarded to info@witzmart.com and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.


Return & Refund Terms:

  • If the order is canceled by the customer 5 days before the delivery date, customer will get a full refund
  • If the order is canceled by the customer less than 5 days before the delivery date, NO refund will be made.
  • We will not be liable for rejection of products by the recipient, and customer will NOT be liable for a refund in such circumstances. Such an order rejection will be notified to customer via email or telephone.
  • If customer is not satisfied with the item for a valid reason, item may be replaced within 48 hours, but will NOT be refunded.
